Terms

Last updated 11 October 2026. Short version: THIASOS is a free place to meet. We don't sell anything, we don't take a cut, and you're responsible for what you post and the nights you throw.

  1. What THIASOS is

    THIASOS (thiasos.wtf) is a free, non-commercial website where DJs, bartenders, crews, photographers, promoters and venues find each other and organise parties. It is run by an individual, not a company, and makes no money. It does not sell tickets, take payments, broker bookings or employ anyone. Any deal, fee or booking is made directly between members, outside THIASOS.

  2. Who can join

    You must be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account. One person, one sigil. Your name, once sealed, can't be changed.

  3. Your posts

    You keep the rights to the photos and words you post. By posting, you let THIASOS show them on the site, to the people the site shows them to, for as long as you keep them up. Delete a post and it's gone. Only post photos you took or have the right to share, and don't post people who clearly didn't want to be photographed. No nudity, no violence, no hate, nothing illegal.

  4. Workings

    Whoever raises a Working is responsible for it: the venue, permissions, safety, the crowd and the crew. THIASOS only lists it. Going to, working at or hosting a Working is at your own risk. Look after each other.

  5. Location

    Pinning a Working or tagging a post with a Working asks your phone for its position once, so the site can tell whether you're at the party. It's your choice; say no and everything still works, the post just won't count in the live ranking. See the privacy notice for what's kept.

  6. Messages

    Direct messages are between the two of you. The council doesn't read them, but don't use them to harass, spam or scam anyone.

  7. Reports and removal

    Report a post or a member and the council looks at it. The council can remove posts and members who break these terms or put people in danger, without notice.

  8. No guarantees

    THIASOS is provided as it is, for free. It may change, break or go away. To the extent the law allows, the people running it aren't liable for losses from using it, from other members, or from any Working.

  9. Leaving

    Leave any time from your page: Edit profile, then Leave THIASOS. Your account, posts, photos and messages are deleted.

  10. Changes and contact

    These terms may change; the date above says when. Questions or complaints: council@thiasos.wtf.
